We started the the process of selling our home in early 2025 in Riverview, FL. It had been over 19 years since we entered this arena of selling and buying a home. The added circumstances of relocating out of state played a significant part in the process. Bridget stepped in and guided us step-by-step from cradle to grave. Was always very polite with prospective buyers and at the same time could display being persuasive to the positive points of buying my place. Did great in a very difficult market with his experience in Mediation, to get the sale done with both myself the seller and buyer being very pleased with the outcome.
