The market really slowed down with the high interest rates and the buyer was able to assume our mortgage for 3.5%. Dean, listed my house and was so on target I received an almost full priced offer within 24 hours. He wa there to meet the appraiser, explained where he found the comps to Price the house out. Even helped me get my flat roof sealed for repeat four point inspection. He also sold us our new Josue and was there every step of the way. Now he has to sell my girlfriends house for us.
