We were visiting the Port Charlotte area to get familiar with the different subdivisions and the area in general. We spent several days visiting and calling on different vacant lots and houses. Cindy was the only agent who returned our calls. We asked her to put us on an email list with properties that would meet our criteria. She did so and we began receiving lists of available properties immediately. Cindy was very patient in answering any of our questions and taking steps to find out information that she didn't already have. Cindy knew going into working with us that we weren't necessarily in a hurry to buy and that this could be a lengthy process. She was great thru the entire thing. It turned out that we bought a vacant lot fairly quickly. Cindy was great thru the title/closing process and actually re-wrote some things in the purchase agreement to give us additional protections. We are not finished in the Port Charlotte area and will continue to use Cindy when we can.

Leana was very helpful ,polite,and knowledgeable. She walk me through every aspect from taking the beautiful pictures and getting them listed,having patience and understanding about how the market changes and listing the house to sale at market value price, from dealing with potential buyers and the buyer realtor, she walked me threw every aspect and explain the process thoroughly, Would highly recommend and will be using Ms Leana for my upcoming project…..p.s it sold over the asking price Thank you again Ms Leana
