Stephen was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable first, but also always highly responsive. We wanted to move quickly and he was Johnny on the spot supplying targeted homes, then setting up walk through, then delivering needed documents such as HOA docs, floor plans, etc. Then he made the closing a very smooth and enjoyable process. We started the the process of selling our home in early 2025 in Riverview, FL. It had been over 19 years since we entered this arena of selling and buying a home. The added circumstances of relocating out of state played a significant part in the process. Bridget stepped in and guided us step-by-step from cradle to grave.
