This is my second real estate purchase with Dragana, and honestly, that should tell you everything you need to know. Buying a house is exciting… almost too exciting. Thankfully, she had the patience and wisdom to slow me down just enough to make the red flags impossible to ignore, undoubtedly saving me thousands of dollars in repairs down the road. Since I could only look at homes on the weekends, she dedicated entire Saturdays to my search, from dawn until dusk. We regularly toured 15+ homes in a single day, and she never made me feel rushed or like I was taking too much of her time. She was always patient, responsive, and available whenever I needed her. She wasn’t focused on making a sale. She was focused on making sure I bought the right home, and that’s exactly why I trusted her enough to work with her again. Heidi had a strong understanding of the housing market. She was professional and optimistic about selling our house. She went above and beyond helping us since we lived out of town.
