She has an unusually sharp eye for the physical side of homes (structure, mechanics, the things that matter especially in older houses) and became a genuine thought partner as we evaluated properties. When we found our dream home, he knew precisely what our offer should be and how to present it. We got the house $30,000 under asking and the seller paid some towards ours closing costs! He recommended a great person to handle our mortgage and helped to make sure that we closed on the date we needed. He made sure everyone was working quickly towards our goal. Buying a home is stressful, but I’m so glad we had Javy to guide us through the process!
