My credit score was around 640 when we started, and with his encouragement and guidance, I worked on it and reached around 721, which helped me get a better mortgage rate. His support didn’t stop after we selected the house. He constantly followed up with the builder, construction manager, lender, and external inspector. He negotiated everywhere possible for my benefit—from builder incentives and closing items to the mortgage and even the home insurance quote. He was always asking what more could be done to save me money and get me the best deal. Some of the incentives he helped us get were beyond what I expected. Even after closing, he continues to check on us and make sure everything is going well. During this journey, he became more than our realtor; he became like family. For Sudhir, clients are not transactions. He treats them like his own family. Without his patience, guidance, negotiations, and moral support, achieving this dream would have been much harder for us. For me and my family, Sudhir Prabhuji is truly the best realtor in Tampa. I would recommend him without hesitation.
