Stephanie was unbiased in her guidance and advice. She made sure I knew all possibilities of each property and stuck with me through and a bit after the entire process. She made sure I understood the ramifications of all my choices and made sure to remind me of my goals when times were tough and I wanted to give up. I would have to say that going with this agency what's the smartest decision I could have made . I had previously spoken with remax and several other local agents in my area and the advice I was given by them I'm sure was sound if I had wanted to invest money, wait and find the right buyer, which could have perhaps taken months but God forbid years. instead I chose Carl it's a different kind of agency they can market your property in a much broader area, he is an amazing person ,as an agent I could not have asked for anyone more professional, more considerate of my needs more willing to give his time without my even asking to get me an amazing deal ,almost 10,000 off on the property that I bought with the money that I got from the property he's sold for me at 2000 above what I was asking !!!!!
