Liza was extremely knowledgeable about the market and kept up with all activity in the area to help us make decisions along the way. Liza was always working behind the scenes to ensure our home was getting the best exposure and all questions were answered for potential buyers. She made the process less stressful and the process through closing seamless. I recommend anyone looking for an agent to grab Liza when contemplating selling or buying a home. Thankful to get to know her !!

Liza navigated our listing and sale with effortlessly in a crazy, changing market. We wanted to move quickly and she recommended a fair listing price where we didn't feel like we were under priced, but accepted an offer in just under a week, and close to listing price. We moved out of state, so couldn't use Liza's services to buy, but she was our buying agent in the past. She also helped us coordinate a simultaneous closing with our new home at the title company in Tampa. Liza knows real estate and knows her neighborhood and Tampa as a whole, and we highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home!

Liza was so patient with me and all of my buyer questions. She was very knowledgeable and I couldn't have asked for a better agent during the buying process!

She knows what she’s doing. My purchase is quick and efficient

Monique came in and saved the sale on my home, shes my realtor superwomen. I previously listed the house with no interest, after a pivot and some changes made, under her guidance we then re-listed the home. She was very communicative about the process, all interests, and feedback recieved. Since I reside out of town, I leaned on her heavily through this process. She happily hosted open houses post-hurricanes and still gained good interest. Even with 2 hurricanes and a lot of sellers apprehension we still secured a happy buyer for the home. She has my highest reccomendation as a realtor who truly works in the best interest of her clients.

Monique helped me find not just the perfect house, but also the perfect neighborhood for this life stage. She is highly emotionally intelligent! She listens and truly understands the needs of her clients. This was my first new build purchase and Monique was meticulous in ensuring that I understood the entire process and unwavering in her demands for the appropriate services from the builder. I know I could not have done it (once again) without her sage council. She has been and will continue to be the only real estate professional that I work with. Period!
