Chris was such a blessing throughout our home buying process! As first time buyers, we had so many questions/concerns and he addressed them all, never once making us feel like a burden. He was extremely communicative, kind, and always gave his honest opinion whenever we became stuck on a decision. He worked with us until close to midnight to wrap up our offer, just a few days after we walked into the open house he was hosting with no realtor, no pre-approval, and little direction on where to even begin. You have your standard realtor, then you have Jessica at EXIT Realty. Jessica wasn't our first call. We decided to sell our house For Sale By Owner.
