You have your standard realtor, then you have Jessica at EXIT Realty. Jessica wasn't our first call. We decided to sell our house For Sale By Owner. We actually did okay until we ran into obstacle after obstacle. After 8 months, we'd had enough. We contacted Jessica and knew it wouldn't be long before the SOLD sign would be in front of our home. She took a genuine interest in our home and the story behind it. Her creative marketing, consistent buyer follow-ups, and steady guidance made an immediate difference. What really sets Jessica apart, though, isn't technique. It's her caring nature and wonderful personality. Her goal isn't to maximize her commission; it's to find the right buyers for your home. Anne was fabulous from start to finish. Knowing we were moving across state lines she was in constant contact with us. Flexible in setting aside days to take us looking in the area we choose.
