Best real estate experience ever!  I've had many; in multiple states and across 3 counties in Florida and Thomas was the most experienced realtor of them all. I purchased my new home remotely from over 1000 miles away.  I chose Thomas to help me find my forever home because of his extensive resume and experience and I chose well!  Thomas would view each property, take extensive videos and upload them for me to see from afar.  He was thorough, informative and covered all the bases which allowed me to see each property without being physically present.   He knew all 3 counties I was looking at very well and offered valuable insight for me to make decisions.  I'd previously lived in both Hillsborough and Pinellas and owned another home in Pasco. We really enjoyed working with our Realtor Janet Hernandez. She was very friendly, informative and had went above and beyond our expectations. Janet was very knowledgeable about the housing market and got us in a great neighborhood and fantastic location. The house is just beautiful and she was there for us every step of the way whether it was from emails back and forth to looking at so many houses that it got a little bit overwhelming for us. But she helped get us focused on the things we loved and wanted in a home instead of just trying to sell us any house that we were not gonna be happy with.
