For every showing she went to the home to turn on lights, open blinds/shades, and ensured the property was prepared for excellent showing. After each showing, she went back to the home to turn off lights, close blinds/shades, and ensure the house was securely locked up. Cythia excelled at contacting prospective buyer’s agent and communicating feedback to us. She has outstanding negotiating skills.
