We were visiting the Port Charlotte area to get familiar with the different subdivisions and the area in general. We spent several days visiting and calling on different vacant lots and houses. It turned out that we bought a vacant lot fairly quickly. Cindy was great thru the title/closing process and actually re-wrote some things in the purchase agreement to give us additional protections. We are not finished in the Port Charlotte area and will continue to use Cindy when we can.
