Joseph’s communications were accurate and immediate, he always had time for another question.

Joseph handled multiple offers and made sure we as a competing buyer were not lost in the process. His network of professionals he works with for inspections and insurance and mortgage gave us folks to call for competing bids. Insurance from one of his contacts came in lower than the owner. Very happy he was on our team.
