Her diligence in the inspection process was also exceptional: the buyer agreed to, literally, everything we asked for, and Maria is solely to credit for that (that part is kind of a long story, but it involves Maria staying up until midnight waiting for the other agent to confirm what the buyer agreed to, not receiving it that night, pulling the deal, but then saving it again the next day -- no one could have done it better). But her diligence didn't stop there. She helped us to the finish line all the way to beginning life in our new home -- not easy when we moved across the country, but Maria made the process much better than it otherwise would.
