We cannot recommend Rick highly enough! He was an absolute professional and a true partner in selling our waterfront condo, especially during the challenging period after the hurricane. We initially listed our condo before the storm, and when it hit, Rick guided us through a complex and uncertain market with patience, honesty, and a steady hand. At every step, he gave advice that was genuinely in our best interest, not just to make a quick commission. He would pull detailed market comparisons and help us understand all our options, so we could make confident decisions without ever feeling pressured. Rick’s knowledge of the local market is excellent. He positioned our property post-storm to attract serious buyers, handled complex negotiations, and efficiently navigated all HOA requirements. He mentioned staying current on industry developments, including trainings and market updates, arranged great professional photography and a 3D tour, and set up weekly automated emails with market analysis. He took the time to review our contract line by line, not just assuming it was all boiler plate. I was really impressed with the title company he uses. Throughout the process, Rick was always available, responsive by text and phone, and always made sure to be present for showings. He followed up with every potential buyer, and that follow-up is what turned into our eventual sale. He is reliable, honest, patient, and calm (even in stressful situations). Even after the sale, he reached out to make sure we were doing well. We wouldn’t work with any other agent in the area. Rick went above and beyond at every stage. He had market expertise, data-driven guidance, and genuine care for our decisions. He turned what could have been a complete disaster into a smooth and successful experience overall, and we are deeply grateful for his guidance and hard work.

We engaged Rick to quickly market our home for sale after we placed a contract on another home to purchase. He skillfully led us through evaluating suitable comps and reaching buyers. He quickly found us the right buyer, and we were able to close early on our new home.

We have bought and sold many properties over time and I have never (ever) met someone as adept and adroit at every conceivable aspect of the process, from initial planning and guiding us through what needs to be done to prepare the property for sale, through evidence-based pricing, the marketing, positioning, handling showings and interest, and then negotiating all steps through to a successful close where all parties exit the transaction feeling positively. I hope to never buy or sell another house in Florida, but if I do I know who I am calling!
