I just closed on the second home where Bob was the real estate agent. I had a great experience with Bob for the first house so I decided to contact him in searching for a second house. Born and raised in the area and selling real estate for many years, Bob is a fountain of invaluable information. He knows all the developments in the area and can tell you which ones are built with sub-par construction or which are in flood zones. He doesn’t want to just sell you a house—he wants to make sure you’re in a good, solid house that checks all the boxes. In addition, Bob went above and beyond the usual obligations for a real estate agent. We didn’t just go to contract and then he forgot about the sale until closing—he saw an opportunity after the contract was signed and renegotiated a lower price. He was truly helpful throughout the whole buying process, finding competent businesses to work with, helping set up utilities, etc. If you’re looking for a super-knowledgeable, super-nice and helpful person for your real estate agent, someone who really cares about his clients, I highly recommend Bob—he’s a pro!

Working with Britney made the home selling process feel very smooth from start to finish. She listened to our needs, was responsive throughout the process, and helped make everything come together seamlessly. She is a go-getter with a proactive approach and we appreciate all of her support!

I had a great experience working with Maris when buying my first home . From the beginning, communication was clear, quick, and very helpful. Maris showed strong knowledge of the market and helped me find the right property at a great price. During negotiations, she was confident and worked hard to make sure I got the best deal possible. Her professionalism really stood out—she was organized, reliable, and always available when I had questions. I highly recommend Maris to anyone looking to buy a home.
