My Dad wintered in Florida for more than 40 years. In January 2025, when Dad decided to move back to Michigan permanently, he enlisted Paul's services to sell his property in Brooksville. Paul was great from the start. He set clear expectations for the property and his line of communication was always open. The property hadn't closed yet when Dad left for Michigan in March. Paul handled everything in FL after Dad left and arranged for someone from a local title company to meet Dad at his Michigan residence to sign the closing documents.
