Javy was extremely responsive to what we needed every step of the way! His knowledge of the area was helpful since we are new to the area. Since we are a military family, we were using a VA loan. Javy is also a veteran and was extremely knowledgeable about VA loans and the needs of military families in the area. When we found our dream home, he knew precisely what our offer should be and how to present it. We got the house $30,000 under asking and the seller paid some towards ours closing costs! He recommended a great person to handle our mortgage and helped to make sure that we closed on the date we needed. He made sure everyone was working quickly towards our goal. I'm a first time home buyer, so I was naive going into this process. Stephen was recommended by a friend, and I'm certainly not disappointed. He walked me through the process and I at no point felt I wasn't supported. He selected various homes for me to view that we're all excellent. However, one stood out among the rest. There were extenuating circumstances that complicated the process. There were even times I was ready to give up on the house and try somewhere else. Stephen managed to help me work through the issues. He was also exceptional when it came to negotiating with the builders. I ultimately ended up buying the home I wanted under the best possible circumstances.
