We are so glad we chose Marilin to help us with our search. She knows the area very well, and, once we gave her our requirements, she immediately went to work to find us prospective homes. We appreciate that she always availed herself for a showing, many times spending most of her day with us as we checked out several houses. I can’t remember how many homes we saw in total (both virtually while still out-of-state and once in Orlando), but she found the one for us! We knew we were not her only clients, but she never missed a beat with us. We bought a for sale by owner house, so we dealt directly with the homeowners. Marilin was always there to mediate between us — during the initial (and second) viewing, the inspection, the follow-up repairs, and the virtual signing of the closing documents. I don’t know that any other agent would do that! Marilin, you are amazing! Thank you for representing us so well and for facilitating our transition to Orlando.

I just closed on the second home where Bob was the real estate agent. I had a great experience with Bob for the first house so I decided to contact him in searching for a second house. Born and raised in the area and selling real estate for many years, Bob is a fountain of invaluable information. He knows all the developments in the area and can tell you which ones are built with sub-par construction or which are in flood zones. He doesn’t want to just sell you a house—he wants to make sure you’re in a good, solid house that checks all the boxes. In addition, Bob went above and beyond the usual obligations for a real estate agent. We didn’t just go to contract and then he forgot about the sale until closing—he saw an opportunity after the contract was signed and renegotiated a lower price. He was truly helpful throughout the whole buying process, finding competent businesses to work with, helping set up utilities, etc. If you’re looking for a super-knowledgeable, super-nice and helpful person for your real estate agent, someone who really cares about his clients, I highly recommend Bob—he’s a pro!
