This is my husbands favorite house. As my husband, he was the most diligent buyer, Fonda negotiated this purchase 3 times! Finally, the sellers were unable to move out, so they rented the house back from us. This was one interesting purchase. The inspection yielded several issues which resulted in the first 2 buyers to pass on the property. Only after the first 2 buyers gave up, were we able to negotiate the right deal on this property.

I have looked up buying a home for years before finally going for it myself. I've heard of nightmares and how difficult the process is. And before Renata came along, I almost gave up buying one myself. After working with a few different realtors, I had just about threw my money into stocks to wait another few years. We talked and it went straight to dinner that same week. She wanted to see who she was going to do business with. I felt cared about and respected the entire time about my vision to what I wanted. Before the food even came, I had signed the paperwork to have her as my full time agent. Anything and everything that came up with a MULTITUDE of reading, she would explain it to me as if I were 5 cause I would easily get a headache even trying. She did great letting me know exactly what I was getting into and I never had to second think anything. She was with me every single step of the way.
