I have used Karen twice, once in 2016 and recently in 2023. A family friend suggested that I use a one of their realtor friends for my recent sale for whom they thought was good. I had that realtor and Karen both prepare proposals as to how they would sale the property. Karen's proposal was thorough, in depth, and creative to achieve my goals of highest price in a 30 day period. She and her team help me to transform the property into a vintage gem. Her brilliant strategy paid off as the final sales price was $90K more than what was presented by the other realtor's proposal. I highly recommend her with 10 stars.

We met with 5 separate realtors, and we choose Karen. Compared to the others, Karen knew the most about our neighborhood-American Homes Community. Before we signed with her, she met/talked with us several times. We were extremely nervous sellers because we love our home so much. Karen was very attentive to our needs and quite patient with us. We've lived in the home for over 20 years and raised our family here, we were emotional sellers. Whenever we had a question or concern, she responded quickly. She also gave us good and honest advice on what we should fix up prior to selling in order to get the highest asking price. I liked that she was not a pushy realtor. Karen staged our home for us in real time and virtually. She used a drone for the pictures of the house, and she actively included us in writing the description (this was very important to us). When we were ready, Karen and her team held a 3-day open house. We sold over asking price!

Karen was very knowledgeable in being very comfortable to work with, she went above & beyond stagging my home. She knew the entire community for American Homes very well and got me a sale on my home in 3 days above asking price. I would RECCOMEND Karen for your home, whether selling or buying.
