Erica is the best of the best. As a 70 yo I have purchaased and sold more than a dozen homes. From all the real estate agents that I have dealt with Erica is the finest, second to none. Without her hold my hand and dealing with some major problems, I wouldn't have sold my home. I needed a shoulder to cry on and it was hers! I sold my beautiful home and now have one nicer, all beach of Erica. FYI--in she has a beautiful family and somehow finds time to do vounteer work. She should be called saint Erica

We were first time home buyers and we had a bad experience trying to find a home with our first realtor and thankfully we found Dedra! Our first realtor lacked the market knowledge of Palm Beach County (specifically Boca Raton). Within 5 minutes of speaking with her, she was able to narrow down our search to three neighborhoods based on our wish list and it was exactly what we needed because Boca was new to us and we felt lost on where to even start. Dedra was early to every appointment, had all the patience in the world (my wife is very picky and we saw at least 15 properties with Dedra) and made sure everything was always arranged and had a plan. She was available all day and night for our endless questions and coached us through the closing process because we were on a tight deadline and she made sure to push the seller (and us) to get everything correctly completely and submitted in a timely manner. We love our house and don't plan on leaving anytime soon, but when it is time to upgrade - she will be the only call we make to help us find our next place.
