Had issues with the appraisal and 4 point - had a secondary appraisal that came back better than first thus allowing financing process to continue

When we first had connect with Michelle we were not seriously in the market. She was supportive and asked if she could send us options within our focus and checkin in 6 months. This lasted for almost 2 years and I never felt pressured. When we were ready I reached out and she was more than available to help us find what we were looking for, and understood our wants and needs. We live out of town and spoke and texted several times prior to setting up a time to meet and see what was available in person. She was able to confirm 7 properties of interest, with our first choice was first on the list. We walked into the first option and knew it was perfect for us. We went to a few others and decided to put in an offer. Michelle was extremely available and supportive throughout the entire process, from receiving our offer to handing us the keys. I would strongly recommend Michelle, she is that real deal, and you will find your next home.

She got the house for us on her first try… didn’t waste any time looking for the perfect house for us…
