I met Shari and was immediately impressed with her vast knowledge of the area and availability as we were selling AND purchasing. With our sale, I wasn't sure if the timing was right but Shari convinced me our house would sell quickly. Well I had faith but could NOT believe the 1st client she presented, put in an offer and basically it was sold that very 1st day. Saving us so much stress and worry about it sitting on market.
