John is unique in that he listens, provides insights and honest feedback to allow for the best outcome. I only wish he was our realtor in Colorado.

Rommy knows very well this business. She’s dedicated and understands the needs of her customers. She’s resourceful and ready to suggest and find solutions. My only suggestion as room for improvement: increase de Inspection time to 7 days, that would give mor time to negotiate with seller.
