As a real estate investor I have worked with different Realtors. Cristina has exceeded any expectation and has gone far beyond any imagination of support. Cristina has gone out of her way to help us get every obstacle smooth out of the way and was always preparing us of anything what had to be done. Cristina was watching every possible detail and did all this with a smile. Both parties were willing to negotiate due to her professional knowledge her art to deal with people and her courtesy. At the end of the deal everybody loved her and wanted to work again with her. We are looking forward to next few deals with her as our Realtor. THANK YOU VERY MUCH CRISTINA.

They are always available with helpful suggestions and ideas. Very professional and knowledgeable with market trends and negotiation. I was treated with kindness and respect always feeling they were looking out for me and what was in my best interest. They listened to my requirements and never tried to talk me into anything. I felt I was with friends. Highly recommend.

Responsive, effective and fun!

Working with Dawn was so easy. She responded to my calls and texts immediately, answered all questions, arranged for repairs, met the contractors for me, helped with every aspect of the sale. She stayed focused, priced the house well, all with a big smile on her face. Out of all the realtors in the area, I'm so glad we chose Dawn. She is a genuinely nice, caring person, and lots of laughs to boot!
