Rommy knows very well this business. She’s dedicated and understands the needs of her customers. She’s resourceful and ready to suggest and find solutions. My only suggestion as room for improvement: increase de Inspection time to 7 days, that would give mor time to negotiate with seller.

Jodi was my agent over 15 years ago and had a great experience with her then so when I needed to buy a new place, she had to be my agent again! 😊 Jodi found me a beautiful new place to call home and helped deal with the association requirements and approval process which was such a huge blessing. Roxana is the best agent you can ask for! During all this process she was always with us, answering all our questions Monday through Sunday, including holidays!! , she always kept in touched and let us know all the steps and procedures.
