I have been working with Stuart Mears and Mears Realty Group since 2005 and have used him for numerous real estate transactions over the years. As an investor and entrepreneur, I understand the importance of working with professionals who are knowledgeable, experienced, and, most importantly, trustworthy. In my opinion, trust is the single most important quality a real estate agent can have, and Stuart has consistently demonstrated the highest level of integrity and professionalism in every transaction we have completed together. Over the years, we have encountered the occasional obstacle that naturally comes with real estate deals, but Stuart's expertise, experience, and problem-solving skills have always helped bring the transaction to a successful conclusion. He goes above and beyond for his clients and is committed to making sure they are satisfied every step of the way. One thing that has always impressed me is his willingness to put his clients' interests first. On more than one occasion, I have seen him make personal sacrifices, including compromising on his own commission when necessary, to ensure a fair outcome and a successful closing. I can recommend Stuart Mears and Mears Realty Group with complete confidence. I do not give recommendations lightly, and when I put my name and reputation behind someone, it is because I genuinely believe they will deliver. If you choose to work with Stuart, I am confident you will not be disappointed. If anyone would like to discuss my experience personally, you are welcome to contact me at nadalRalph@yahoo.com

Maricel was wonderful throughout our home search. We feel very lucky to have had her as our realtor to buy our first home. The first time we spoke she very patiently walked us through the whole home buying process and what our expectations should be. She quickly scheduled all the homes we wanted to see over a couple days. She was very knowledgeable about the houses (floors, roofs, potential renovations, etc.) and shared details that we hadn’t noticed. Maricel contacted the sellers’ realtors with any questions we had at or after touring the houses. She patiently walked us through putting down offers and answered all of our questions. Maricel responds quickly and is very professional. She made us feel very confident and comfortable with buying our first home. We highly recommend her to any homebuyers. Thank you Maricel for all of your help! We truly appreciate it!
