Rachel sold our 2nd home in Hobe Sound FL. My primary residence is in CA. So she expertly handled the listing and subsequent sale. She made it very easy for us, signed all documents on line: listing her RE company to sell our house, sending us the offer and our acceptance response back to her. The FL escrow company sent us all docs via internet, we printed out, got notarized and overnight mailed back. With Rachel guiding us, closed 3 days prior to due date. She was extremely responsive, inspected the house to make sure electricity was still on while tenant was moving out. Her knowledge of the local market and quickly finding a buyer at our asking price, provided superior customer service. We are very happy with her.

Well, what can I say. Working with Rebecca and her staff at Disney was an Amazing journey. She was ALWAYS there for me anytime I needed. She showed great concern with with every up and down emotion that was experienced throughout the process. She was constantly willing to go above and beyond to get the job done!
