I think the easiest way for me to write this review is as follows: To list all the positives experienced with Cassia will take a whole lot of writing. So instead I’m going to list the negatives. There are zero negatives, only a thoroughly positive experience from A to Z.

Edith is more knowledgeable about Deering Bay real estate than any other firm. Forget about Deering Bay Real Estate or any other broker that claims to know Deering Bay because Edith being on site and active in the Country Club, offers expertise and incite well beyond her competitors. She assisted us with the sale of our condo in the Milano building and since we were not onsite during the process, she executed an effective marketing campaign resulting in multiple showing and helped organized staging, repairs, and inspections.

I reached out to Susan Johnson to sell my condo as I felt she would be familiar with the rules and regulations of condo associations. I made the right choice. Susan is very professional and was a delight to work with. She made the experience of selling my condo as pleasant as possible and handled so much of the work that I was free to deal with other issues.
