My dad passed away and i was left to sell his condo. from the moment i spoke with robin i was impressed with her kindness and assurances that she would make it as easy as possible. which she more than did. we met and discussed pricing, fixtures, furniture, etc. we discussed comps in the neighborhood and agreed on a targeted-to-sell listing price. in the first hours of the listing she was showing the apartment. we contracted with a buyer and started the inspection period. robin spent multiple hours with the buyer and inspectors on multiple occassions and was in constant contact with his agent. after the inspections, where a small area of mold was identified, robin drew on her contacts in the inspection and remediation industries to come in and verify the report from the buyer's inspector. Negotiations commensed. robin handled it all brilliantly and kept me informed at every step. robin accompanied me to the title agency to sign the final papers after reviewing and updating them. this sale was somewhat hectic and time consuming for her and she did it all with calmness and grace. so for me, easy as pie! thank you for everything, robin fulling!!!
