We had a wonderful experience selling our house with Amy Sylvia as our agent. From the start, her knowledge of the market and research of the area sales helped us set and get a top dollar price for our house. She worked with us to stage the house and brought in an expert to take pictures for marketing. She communicated with us regularly throughout the process. She sold the house within days of putting a “coming soon” sign in the front yard. She was there for the inspection process and the closing was a smooth process. She is a delight to work with and I highly recommend her!

As with any sale/purchase there are always snags. Amy handled every situation with ease and confidence. Her customer service is second to none. She has experience and heart to assure her clients receive the best deal possible. All while keeping their fianances first and formost in the negotations. Until next time...

I was invited to the area to visit friends who relocated to Florida. After they moved here and settled in, they decided to invest in several properties for income. I went online and found a couple places I wanted to see. I called Amy Sylvia, the broker my friends used. Amy took me to see the properties I suggested. She listened to my comments (plus and minus) about what I saw. She asked whether we could meet the next day. I said yes. On the following day, Amy picked me up and said that she wanted to show me a place. She took me to a listing. It rang all the bells. Amy had listened to me and understood my needs. She had a wealth of knowledge of available listings, and she brought me to the perfect home. Years later, when I decided to downsize, I called Amy, and she helped me sell my home swiftly and efficiently. Of course, I knew that she would help me find a home to downsize. Amy found me the condo I live in now. It is exactly what I need. I could not be happier Throughout the whole process of buying and selling, Amy was there to explain the details of the transactions. She was prompt and always went above and beyond when I needed questions answered. If there was anything needed to help me in my moves, she added personal effort that was unique, and made the difference between an average and an exceptional relationship. I don't plan to move again, but if I do...
