Deborah is highly knowledgeable of the real estate market, and excellent negotiation skills. She was always available to any of my needs, or questions I had. Deborah's efficiency was remarkable. She provided support beyond just the transaction. Her professionalism was consistent. She was always on time for appointments and provided reliable advice. I highly recommend Deborah for all your real estate needs.

Ms Puleo sold our house in 7-8 days in a slow market. The house was still partially furnished and unoccupied as a resident had downsized. Ms Puleo negotiated with a challenging buyers agent (pushing back as necessary and recommending we give a little when necessary). Ms Puelo also helped with the final push to remove some last items of furniture that we had left in the garage (as time was of the essence )

Andrew is an excellent agent. I have done several residential deals using Andrew, and I feel confident of his knowledge and skills sets going into these deals. Highly recommend!
