My boyfriend & I were becoming very cramped in our tiny little 500 sqft apt we found ourselves in just at the beginning of quarantine. From unemployment to both of us working from home simultaneously we realized we needed something bigger. We began slowly looking with Cynthia and although our house was a bit more than what we initially planned to pay I think with Cynthias knowledge and help it’s well worth it because of the neighborhood and it met all of our expectations (you’d be surprised how picky you become when looking for your first home). We even found some bonuses that we were not expecting! With Cynthias experience & assistance we put an offer together and in no time it was accepted with no issues. It was nerve wrecking as I’m sure Cynthia could tell hahaha as she often checked in with us. But overall it was a great and painless experience. I would recommend Cynthia as a realtor for others!
