We are a couple in our 60’s and 70’s. The winters in both places we were living became intolerable! Between Denver, London and Indiana we were done with snow and grey skies. We ventured to this area and were introduced to Niel Allen, who provided the most top notch service and communication. It took well over a year of hunting around the St Pete area until we found an absolute gem of a house. It will be our main residence and we had a lot of specifics/wishes for our dream home. Niel was available around the clock when we were living in London, sending viable listings and hopping on the phone to discuss options and help us become more familiar with the neighborhoods we were drawn to. We have started moving in and Niel is continuing to provide help with finding local service providers or any other questions we have. Between the two of us we’ve bought and sold over 10 homes collectively. Nothing came close to working with Niel!

Heath stepped in to take on our listing after another realtor could not get any traction after 90 days on market. He pursued us since we had a mutual connection from the past and he had plenty of ideas of how to get the deal done. The market in that area was challenging for many reasons, but Heath’s persistence in holding open houses, checking in on the home, sending out messaging, and even going so far as to stand outside the home during open houses to catch drive by’s definitely made a difference in getting the property sold. We appreciated his honesty and expertise when we had questions and how quick he was to find us answers when we needed them. As first time sellers, we felt well taken care of. We would definitely recommend his services to buyers and sellers!

She created a beautiful video to showcase the property. I don’t think there is anything Kynse doesn't know. And if she doesn’t, she will find out. She managed extra stuff for us. We had a tricky sale, but due to her perseverance, we closed.

Niki was always able and willing to accommodate my schedule. She went above and beyond to make the whole home buying/selling process as easy as possible. Buying/selling a home is an exhausting and stressful process. She doesn't add to that headache. Her willingness to put her client first makes the whole process manageable. I would recommend her to anyone. In fact, I am now in my new home and she is currently the realtor for my parents who are looking to buy. That should say enough!

Hello! I am about one month out from purchasing my home with Mr.Rob. I took some time to post this review so I could honestly reflect on our experience. My husband and I were first time home buyers and nervous about who our Relator would be. We have seen horror stories online and from friends. I can truly say Mr.Rob was the right decision for us. He is a trust worthy realtor and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. We had many many questions and he provided us with his personal number for quick response. At no point did I feel like someone “got one over on us”. During our home buying process he was placed in the difficult position of representing the buyer and the seller. I feel he handled the whole situation with grace.
