We always felt that she was genuinely advocating for our best interests. Finding a home is both emotionally and physically challenging, and she truly made everything easier for us every step of the way. Deena, a sales associate on Jennifer's team was equally wonderful—responsive, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. FYI- After closing on the house, she was still there for us! We were initially overwhelmed by the amount of work we decided to do in the house, but she put us at ease by connecting us with an amazing contractor and offering several excellent referrals. Our experience frankly could not have been any better.

This was our first home purchase and Jen did an excellent job summarizing the landscape and giving us a wealth of options. She fought hard for our side and made sure we got a great deal. She also was kind of enough to hold our baby while we walked around the houses (an added perk!).
