Erica is the BEST of the best. Initially, she reached out to me but my roommate already had another agent. I had a feeling about her but let my roommate persuade me to use our other option, which didn't do us any great favors. Eventually Erica messaged me a few weeks later asking if I was successful in finding a home, and I let her know my disappointment and asked her to use her services again.She was consistently graceful, eloquent, and on top of things all of the time. She always fought for me and always made sure everything was in order. She was there at every low moment to reassure me that my forever home was out there and that we'd find it soon - sure enough, she was right. She helped me make a choice that will positively change my life forever, I'll be engaged in this home, married in it, have children there and more - I couldn't thank Erica enough for that.
