We met Shannon at an Open House while searching the area for our home across the country in Florida. After meeting 4 different realtors at 4 different open houses, Shannon was the only one who kept notes and took interest in our situation and future plans to buy a home. She kept in constant communication while we started searching for the right home, and it was a no-brainer to choose her as our realtor. Marcy Javor and her staff are very professional. They were very knowledgeable, particularly about prices in the market place. She suggested a price that was more than $100,000 greater than what I thought was appropriate. The property sold in two days. Marcy was always communicative, keeping me updated on the process from beginning to end.
