Debra fully explained the market and the process, and answered all our questions every step of the way…and always with a smile (and also a couple of fruit pies!). She made what is normally a highly stressful situation very manageable (even enjoyable!), from signing the listing agreement, to working with a moving/staging expert and a photographer (both of whom Debra provided) to prepare our home for listing snd showings, through the final closing. Debra is always upbeat and positive, and with Debra as our agent we had a lot less to worry about; we knew we were in the hands of an expert who had seen just about everything.
