Emanuele helped us with the purchase of our new home. We rented the Townhouse for 3 years and Emanuele served as the property manager and the real estate agent for the seller. While we rented the place he always answered our concerns immediately and made sure they were rectified without question. As a realtor, we felt he was working for us as well as the buyer. It's rare to find someone as dedicated to providing satisfaction when dealing with two parties but came through with flying colors. He was quick to answer any questions on our part as well as getting all the necessary paperwork completed for the sale of the property. We couldn't have done without him. 5 stars!

Helen Hoff's wide experience and breadth of knowledge in real estate operations keeps calm and smoothly proceeding what otherwise might well be an overwhelmingly stressful experience. Taking a personal interest in my tastes and attitudes saved time and energy in touring possible new homes. In addition, no lack of conversational subject matter (sometimes hilariously funny) would forestall awkward silences and stilted discourse on a longish trip to view a property. Helen had the details firmly in hand and dealt with those sellers who were still at home when we arrived at the property with grace ad aplomb. Tactful, but very matter of fact, she put everyone at ease. Buying a property entails dealing with, not only real estate agents, but title, mortgage, and banking people, practices and procedures, taking one step at a time so as not to confuse and stress the potential buyer. She personally paved the way to a comfortable working relationship with each adjunctive agency and never confused the details of the properties she was juggling. We maintain contact even though I settled on a property the end of October, and we plan to maintain at least one contact to celebrate our success at "pulling it all off." I highly endorse Helen's capabilities, persistence and kindness in dealing with her clients.
