I am writing this letter with the strongest possible recommendation and appreciation for Barbara Nunez, who has been my realtor starting before renovations through eight offers of sale in first week for my Family’s two bedroom condominium Right from the beginning, Barbara had a accurate grasp on the property, its value “as is” and when renovated fought to get me the best buyer at the best price and a 20 day closing. Besides her expert advice and counsel, Barbara always had a terrific demeanor, consistent and calm. Beyond being my agent for the sale, Barbara was my eyes and ears at the site. I split my time between New York City and Florida. Whenever I needed someone to check on the progress, Barbara was ready to go. The speed and quality of the renovation was a tribute to Barbara’s caring and professionalism. When it came time to list, Barbara was on top of things, responding quickly to me and to the prospective buyers. Those eight offers in the first week were a tribute to Barbara and her hard work to present the property in the best light possible. Finally, I always felt Barbara had my best interests at heart; a rare attribute in the tumble world of Florida Real Estate. I can't wait to work with her again!
