Upon the first phone call with Danielle, we knew right away-She was one of us!!! That instant connection and genuine spirit is rare. That instant click of understanding the customers needs/values paired with her market knowledge and expertise. IT IS HARD TO FIND!!! The longer we went through the process of selling our house in New York and buying in Florida, the more we were exposed to the average caliber of agents on the street. Lets just say they vary, and greatness is seldom on display. Danielle stands out, in the best way! Working with her was not only exciting and fun, but her knowledge and savvy gave us incredible confidence. Sure enough, our dream home came to market a day before we came down! We came straight from the airport to meet her and made an offer that night! The rest of the process/negotiations were seamless. She really made a difference in what can be an incredibly stressful experience. Now, we are happy to call her a friend! CALL HER NOW!!!! You will not regret it for a moment.

After trying a few different agents, we were referred to Danielle, and the difference was immediate. She got the ball rolling quickly and was incredibly responsive, timely, and detail-oriented from start to finish. She built great relationships with the listing agent and owner, which made a real difference in helping everything go smoothly. There were a few tricky moments while we were securing the house, and Danielle always knew how to handle them. She made the right calls, kept things moving, and made sure nothing jeopardized the deal. She advocated for us, stayed on top of every detail, and made sure we got the house we wanted! Danielle was also extremely thorough during the inspection process. She pointed out things we may not have noticed, gave us helpful recommendations and made sure we understood what needed to be addressed. She also added thoughtful personal touches throughout the whole process, like bringing water and snacks while we were out looking at homes. She consistently went above and beyond and made us feel genuinely cared for, not like just another client. We would absolutely recommend Danielle to anyone looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, dependable, and truly invested in helping her clients!

Danielle guided us through the complex process of selling our home with extraordinary grace . She went above and beyond as we encountered many obstacles. I cannot say enough about how truly grateful we are to her!
