I recently had the pleasure of working with Tov Charm to purchase a new home for my mother and brother. From start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure! He was constantly looking for homes nonstop for us and was available to talk at any time.He also set up multiple appointments for us per day so we could have a walk through of the house. From our initial conversations and throughout the whole process Tov Charm was professional. He was highly knowledgeable about the local market and made sure I always felt like a priority. At each step in the whole process, Tov came through with his commitment to excellence. His negotiation skills were amazing and he knew the ins and outs of real estate. He mad sure we got the best deal and were not being overcharged for our home. When we found the perfect house he made sure it had a proper property inspection before closing. Throughout this whole process he was respectful, patient, and understood our situation. I would recommend him to anybody looking to purchase real estate. Thank you for everything, Kathleen S.
