I am not really a person that will go around and leave reviews. But this one is one of the rare review that i thought i should do for my wonderful person. As a realtor She helped me a lot during my searching and giving advices, so honest about everything she see. Even though she pointed out things that I didn't see. Everyhouse we tour, she looks from the ceiling to the corner of the walls. It is great to work with someone that care even more than yourself. We had been touring for so many houses that I couldn't numbered. she never complaints, always take a good looks at the house that I send her, tell me what she think it should be the one. Tell me no rush. I am 100% would like to work with her again and highly recommend

Debra fully explained the market and the process, and answered all our questions every step of the way…and always with a smile (and also a couple of fruit pies!). She made what is normally a highly stressful situation very manageable (even enjoyable!), from signing the listing agreement, to working with a moving/staging expert and a photographer (both of whom Debra provided) to prepare our home for listing snd showings, through the final closing. Debra is always upbeat and positive, and with Debra as our agent we had a lot less to worry about; we knew we were in the hands of an expert who had seen just about everything. With Debra’s guidance regarding asking price and starting with a Saturday open house, we received a full price offer to purchase in just one day.
