Working with Ryan as our realtor was a breeze as a first time homebuyer. First time speaking to him he walked us through the home buying process and wasn't pushy at all. Communication with him was great, anytime we wanted to see a house he would get it scheduled immediately for us. He answered any questions we had along with answering the same questions more then once without making us feel bad haha! Throughout the whole process he was very patient with us and always gave his honest opinion with sincerity. He was always quick to stand up for us whenever something didn't sit right, his support was never wavered. Mia the transaction coordinator was fabulous too, she sent over all appropriate documents/information, stayed on top of deadlines, and would consistently follow up with others to make sure we stayed within those deadlines alongside with Ryan. 100/10 would work with them again and recommend them! They were great and made our first time buying a home stress free.
