Cameron and I just closed our 4th or 5th deal together and once again he gets the job done. We’ve bought and sold apartments, luxury townhomes, and waterfront estates together over the last decade and again, he always get the job done, at the price we want, and goes above and beyond what the run of the mill south Florida realtors (and there’s lots of them) are willing or able to do. He’s the best negotiator I’ve been around in this space and more importantly he’s real. He knows the market and the people in PBC and having lived here for 13yrs, I can assure any newcomers to SoFL that there is plenty of nuance and there’s usually far more to consider when buying or selling properties here then just square footage and aesthetics.
