I've been friends with Fleur & Bob for many years. So, when the time came to move from Florida, I asked them if they could sell my villa in Pembroke Pines. They assured me that they have experience with homes of all sizes throughout the South Florida area. Together we prepared my home for sale and we had 10 showings on day 1, 11 showing on day 2 and got multiple offers. Fleur & Bob carefully examined the financials and within 4 days we had a fantastic sale beyond my wildest imagination. they were helpful very inch of the way and they were in constant communication with me. Since my sale I've recommended them to other friends with great results. Thank you Fleur & Bob for a marvelous experience!

My boyfriend & I were becoming very cramped in our tiny little 500 sqft apt we found ourselves in just at the beginning of quarantine. From unemployment to both of us working from home simultaneously we realized we needed something bigger. We began slowly looking with Cynthia and although our house was a bit more than what we initially planned to pay I think with Cynthias knowledge and help it’s well worth it because of the neighborhood and it met all of our expectations (you’d be surprised how picky you become when looking for your first home). We even found some bonuses that we were not expecting! With Cynthias experience & assistance we put an offer together and in no time it was accepted with no issues. It was nerve wrecking as I’m sure Cynthia could tell hahaha as she often checked in with us. But overall it was a great and painless experience. I would recommend Cynthia as a realtor for others!

Rob knows the market and keeps you in the loop for a great experience.
