Alyssa is very knowledgeable with real estate and the lending process. She stayed in constant communication via call, text, and email. What made our experience different is that I was out of state and had a time difference. I had family members who were able to view the home, but I only saw it during face time and when I arrived for closing. Alyssa is lovely to work with and makes you feel at ease during the entire process. She explained what to expect during each step of the process and was very patient in re-explaining things that I didn't understand.
