Nikki stood out when I saw her talent on social media. She loved to educate people with her videos. I started watching them and realized she was generous and caring not expecting anything from her viewers. She was actually just happy teaching people to be prepared for their real-estate journey. Once I decided to employ her I reached out on the phone the old fashion way and she answered immediately. Once she visited my mother's home I knew she was the one! She even said the home reminded her of her grandmother's house. Once we had an open house she and her staff were very optimistic and kept me updated daily. Her assistant Beth was very kind and professional. Beth made all the paperwork easy for me. I've never bought or sold a home and everyone made me feel comfortable as they educated me. The closing Attorney Howard Enrique and his paralegal Katie were both authentic and knowledgeable from start to finish. We had some challenges with our title because of existing challenges which they worked through professionally. This entire transaction went well. I highly recommend all involved!
